PLEASE NOTE OUR SHIPPING POLICY HAS CHANGED* We offer FREE shipping via Canada Post(2-5 business days) to customers in Canada who order more than $80.00. We also offer free express shipping via Canada Post, UPS and Canpar (next business day*) on orders of at least $100.00. Unfortunately, there are some limitations and restrictions to this offer since we are shipping from Oshawa Ontario and therefore we are not able to offer this free service to every corner of Canada. Shipping is built into our site, so you will know straight away after entering your address if this fast, or next day shipping option is available to you. For next day shipping the order must be submitted before noon. It doesn’t get any faster than that!
*Shipping times may vary depending on location. If you happen to live in a remote area and extra delivery costs are associated with your order, or the weight for an item you are purchasing is beyond what is considered ‘regular cubic weight’ you will be notified of any extra charges before you complete the transaction. At this point, you may contact us to discuss the order or you may choose to cancel your order. Note: this would only happen in rare cases where a delivery address is beyond the shipping carriers pickup/drop area, or you order a skid of Sugar. It’s better to contact us first should you have any concerns. Once you confirm any extra costs that are associated with your order and we have it shipped, there is no going back. Markcol also retains the right to refuse delivery to any address and/or cancel any shipments at anytime.

If you are coming in to one of our stores to pick up an order that you placed you can use Visa, Mastercard, debit or cash for your method of payment. When orders are shipped we require that payment is made before we ship your goods using a Visa or Mastercard.
Our website is managed in a way that any ‘Out of Stock’ items are reviewed and updated daily. We want you to know that we do our best to keep the 500+ products in stock on a daily basis; however we can never guarantee that each item will be in stock on any given day. If you place an order and we have just run out of that particular item and it has not been updated on our site we have a few options. We will contact you right away to let you know the item is out of stock and what the estimated fulfillment date is. At that point you can choose to wait for the item to arrive, substitute it with another product or cancel the entire order. Markcol does not offer rain-checks on specials or promotions, nor do we ship back ordered products.
We reserve the right to change our pricing. If it is found that we have made an error in pricing an item on our site, Markcol reserves the right to correct the price and notify you of our error. At that point we will contact you, make you aware of our mistake and see if you want to proceed with the order at the correct price or of course give you the option to cancel the order in it’s entirety. This is really just a mechanism to make sure that any technical glitches don’t get out of hand. We operate with a policy of honesty and integrity each and everyday and want you to shop with us each and every time you need coffee and tea.
Our site is secure. We do not record, track or keep Credit Card numbers on file and with our updated website we will never have to. In fact, when you enter your Credit Card information rest assured that the information you have provided is never viewed by our staff. It goes directly to TD Merchant Services and they settle the transaction for us both. If you prefer to call us and place your order over the phone we can certainly take a Credit Card number over the phone and rest assured that information is destroyed once the order is complete.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our site you have the right to return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase with your original purchase receipt. We cannot refund or exchange any food items for obvious reasons. This is a policy that we have to stand behind for the safety and well being of all of our customers. Food items include, but are not limited to K-Cup, loose tea, jams, biscuits, T-Discs, fresh ground coffee etc. If you are returning any hardware or brewing system to us it must contain the original packaging and be free from any damage. If you are unable to visit one of our locations and have to ship the item to us for a return or exchange, the cost to ship will be at the Customers cost.
