SST-White Tea
Ranks amongst the rarest and most exotic teas in the world. The name “white tea” derived from the fine silvery-white hairs on the unopened buds of the tea plant, which gives the plant a whitish appearance. The finest, youngest shoots are hand picked at the beginning of the season with the fine silvery hairy down still attached to the leaves. They are smooth, complex and light in flavour and have the subtle peachy notes that are sought after in the tea world. They are handled very delicately and that same delicate flavour will show up in each cup.
