About Seven Sisters Tea
In early 2011, my wife Shawna and I began experiencing tea in a whole new way: loose tea! Small indie tea shops we visited across North America were producing great tasting tea and fruit infusions. It was so removed from the Earl Grey or English Breakfast tea bags we grew up watching our parents and grandparents drink. We already had a successful coffee business that had retail locations and, quite frankly, a little extra space.
