Are Your Store Fronts Open?
Our store fronts are now open for shopping, curb side pick up will remain available at our Bowmanvile & Oshawa locations
Do You Offer Curbside Pickup?
Once you have placed your order online, you will then receive an email with your order number notifying you that it has been completed. Please have your order number ready when you call upon arrival to pick up from the front door. A staff member will place your order outside the door ensuring no contact. We are doing our best to ensure this is as seamless as possible but bear with us as we work out an issues. Thank you for your support and patience.

Is Shipping Delayed?
Please note due to COVID-19 and high volume of orders some shipping carriers are experiencing delays in shipments.
Local deliveries within Durham Region will be delivered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Orders placed before 12:00 ship the same day. Thank you for your patience during this time.
Shipping
Do You Offer Free Shippping?
We offer FREE shipping to customers in Canada who order more than $80.00. Unfortunately, there are some limitations and restrictions to this offer since we are shipping from Oshawa Ontario and therefore, we are not able to offer this free service to every corner of Canada. Shipping is built into our site, so you will know straight away after entering your address if FREE shipping is available to you. For next day shipping the order must be submitted before noon. At Markcol we pride ourselves on fast and efficient shipping. Therefore we use a variety of shipping carriers. Tracking information will be provided via email on qualifying orders.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping times may vary depending on location. If you happen to live in a remote area and extra delivery costs are associated with your order, or the weight for an item you are purchasing is beyond what is considered ‘regular cubic weight’ you will be notified of any extra charges before you complete the transaction. At this point, you may contact us to discuss the order or you may choose to cancel your order. Note: this would only happen in rare cases where a delivery address is beyond the shipping carriers pickup/drop area, or you order a skid of Sugar. It’s better to contact us first should you have any concerns. Once you confirm any extra costs that are associated with your order and we have it shipped, there is no going back. Markcol also retains the right to refuse delivery to any address and/or cancel any shipments at anytime.
What Postal Codes Are Excluded from Free Shipping?
The following Postal Codes do not qualify for free shipping and a rate will be generated once your order is received. We will contact you to confirm your acceptance of the Remote Location Surcharge that apply to each order.

Do You Offer Pickup
Yes we offer pickup at our Bowmanville Warehouse, and our Oshawa Store Front. When ordering online please select 'Pickup' and select the location that works best for you.
Returns
Do You Offer Returns?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product purchased from our site you have the right to return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase with your original purchase receipt. We cannot refund or exchange any food items for obvious reasons. This is a policy that we have to stand behind for the safety and well being of all of our customers. Food items include, but are not limited to K-Cup, loose tea, jams, biscuits, T-Discs, fresh ground coffee etc. If you are returning any hardware or brewing system to us it must contain the original packaging and be free from any damage. If you are unable to visit one of our locations and have to ship the item to us for a return or exchange, the cost to ship will be at the Customers cost.

What Type Of Payment Do You Accept?
Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay on our online store.

Security
How Secure Is The website?
Our site is secure. We do not record, track or keep Credit Card numbers on file and with our updated website we will never have to. In fact, when you enter your Credit Card information rest assured that the information you have provided is never viewed by our staff. It goes directly to our Merchant Services and they settle the transaction for us both. If you prefer to call us and place your order over the phone we can certainly take a Credit Card number over the phone and rest assured that information is destroyed once the order is complete.
Our Platform Shopify is a highly secure SAAS platform and far, far more secure that Magento and Woocommerce (self hosted). It is PCI level one compliant and they have a team of people dedicated to platform security. You won't find that level of security on another ecommerce platform right now.

How do I earn Beanteam points?

Genereal Questions
'SOLD OUT' Items
Our website is managed in a way that any ‘Out of Stock’ items are reviewed and updated daily. We want you to know that we do our best to keep the 500+ products in stock on a daily basis; however we can never guarantee that each item will be in stock on any given day. If you place an order and we have just run out of that particular item and it has not been updated on our site we have a few options. We will contact you right away to let you know the item is out of stock and what the estimated fulfillment date is. At that point you can choose to wait for the item to arrive, substitute it with another product or cancel the entire order. Markcol does not offer rain-checks on specials or promotions, nor do we ship back ordered products.
Item Pricing
We reserve the right to change our pricing. If it is found that we have made an error in pricing an item on our site, Markcol reserves the right to correct the price and notify you of our error. At that point we will contact you, make you aware of our mistake and see if you want to proceed with the order at the correct price or of course give you the option to cancel the order in it’s entirety. This is really just a mechanism to make sure that any technical glitches don’t get out of hand. We operate with a policy of honesty and integrity each and everyday and want you to shop with us each and every time you need coffee and tea.
